Best Western Garfield House Hotel

We were at the Garfield for our Christmas lunch on Sunday the 7th December. There was 27 of us there and we had a fantastic time we had our own room which was great. The food was lovely, the service was excellent, the room was spacious. Our waiters were professional, Scott took very good care of us with the help of Ashley and Joe. Constantly filling our water jugs, food served quickly and tables cleared without any effort. Thanks for a great time.

We had 2 double rooms for myself my baby and my mum. The staff were really helpful accommodating and kind. They were so good with my baby. Good location for the motorway. Really comfy beds, spacious rooms with blackout curtains. Very hot water and decent heating. We had no noise issues at all it was very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at the Garfield Best Western Hotel, even though it was just for one night. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Fresh, tasty, and served by friendly, attentive staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it easy to relax right away. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Just home from my son`s wedding & want to leave a review while it`s still fresh in my mind, no point singling out our room, or hall or any part/place specifically, it`s all spotless! The staff I couldn`t fault at all, BUT, there`s one thing that that stood out for me, the food, from the first evening meal on arrival to the breakfast on the morning we left, excellent, I`ve never commented on mash potatos before! Delicious, I`d recommend the `Shin Of Beef` if you, like me, love meat, (more gravy next time please) I was thanked over & over by other guests after their experience in this hotel (It was my son`s choice because of location for the various guests but, hey ho, I accept compliments however they come) overall, a fantastic experience.

A dogfriendly hotel at the outskirts of Glasgow (Stepps), extremely friendly service, good food. Room 28 had some issues (bathroom door not closing from the outside, fan not working), but our dogs will never forget the hotel where they got their own sausage for Sunday breakfast. It was also great that we could eat in the lounge, where dogs were allowed.

When we first arrived at the Best Western Garfield House Hotel, we met Keri — such a lovely, bubbly person who couldn’t do enough for us. Our first room was fine overall, but the furniture, especially the bed, was a little outdated and slightly buckled underneath. The room was also quite cold, and when we tried the radiator, it made a bubbling noise and didn’t heat up. Keri came straight away to help, and when she realised the heating wasn’t working, my husband asked if it might be possible to move rooms. Without hesitation, Keri arranged another room for us — and it was perfect! The décor was lovely, everything worked well, and we were very happy. My husband and I stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The food was excellent, and the staff were amazing — so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Hazel, Gareth, Wendy, and Keri for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here for 3 nights last week and had an amazing experience, all staff were very polite and helpful and checking in and out was quick and smooth. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean, I slept soundly every night and had a few take aways delivered straight to the room. The whole hotel is just stunning, especially with all of the Christmas decorations throughout and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again if I am in the area, honestly don't have a negative thing to say about my stay there at all

Stayed at this hotel on 3rd Dec 25 and it was a Joy. The service was excellent, friendly and prompt. As an overnight business trip I ordered food to my room whilst working. The food was delivered very quickly and was of very good quality. My Twin Room was very clean, warm and comfortable. The Full breakfast the next morning was really good and I opted for the Black pudding over the Haggis (sorry Scotland). Would stay there again.
